Compassion Counseling Inc. is a diverse multi-specialty group of skilled licensed mental health professionals. We are committed to our mission of providing compassionate, quality behavioral health counseling.

We are looking for additional qualified, licensed mental health professionals to join our team. Therapists are responsible for the management of a caseload of 25 clients per week. Schedule is flexible. Iowa licensure and previous experience in the field of mental health counseling is necessary. 

Must be warm and compassionate and have a desire and passion for helping people in all walks of life. Must have the ability to effectively evaluate and treat clients from diverse backgrounds, establishing and maintaining confidence.
